The customer service is terrible I bought a set of lights that the wiring harness was too short call to ask if they had extensions Chris who answered the phone basically snoddedly said nope don't have one and offered no suggestions. Then he said cut the harness up and add extension pieces of 14 gauge wire and I was like so I have to hack up this wiring harness he says you do whatever you think is right for you and then you basically just hung up the phone

Ordered a pitman arm and lift kit for my Ford pickup. Pitman arm shipped same day which is why they aren’t getting 0 stars. But the lift did not show out of stock when I ordered it and still doesn’t, but they were quick to take the money for a product they can’t ship for at least a month due to being out of stock, when I asked if this is being expedited I was told “it gets here when in gets here”. Asked to be directed to a manager and of course he’s “on lunch”. Trucks on a deadline and it’s hard to keep when your delivery date is question mark for parts.

Bought steps for my Jeep. They started to show rust right away. Contacted customer service. They immediately contacted me via email and a phone call. They are using another company for their steps and shipped out a new set free of charge. Impressed with their customer service to make it right.

Rough Country will only sell full sets of fender flares so if you have any damage you have to buy a full set to replace one. Warranty does not cover damage. That's a garbage policy, you are taking your chances if you purchase from them unless you like spending another $400 to get one piece replaced.

I was very pleased with the product I purchased for my 2022 ram 1500. (Wheel well liners) However the install instructions were very disappointing. They didn't include all the steps that were required. They did not jive with youtube videos I looked at. The instructions indicated this was an easy 20 minute job. Took me 5 hourse

When I called I told them what I ordered led grill light kit for my 2021 silverado it did leak moisture 1 out of 2 this was a few months after I installed them i was ready to buy a new one but thay look me up a found my Information an sed thay will send it to me at no cost it showed up the next day THIS IS A Awesome Company Thay Have My Business

Absolutely love the Absolutely Fast shipping, and customer service. I purchased 9500 lb pro series
synthetic rope winch,and ease of installation. I read how to install from a 2 handed person installed and took him 2+ hours,as did instructions, I am an amputee of the right arm just below the elbow, and I installed my winch in about one hour,even with custom cuts on my grill,running wires,zip tied wires and connecting power n ground.put tension on rope. This winch is Awesomeness

Skid plate doesn’t work with my JL Sahara 18. This bumper is worth about 100 bucks. The directions are horrible. The pictures and directions for the install will not help anybody yet. That fog lights require 2 separate buttons to control. Ludicrous. Don’t not waste your money as they charged $669 for this bumper.

Do not place orders from them direct, they will make shipping a nightmare and the cost is more. Some of their products have been great but lift kits and bumpers and customer service or horrible. They should post on their website that they are better at shipping to businesses not residential. If you want it, get it on Amazon but beware. I want order another thing from them in the future.

I purchased an LED Grille kit for my 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500. The installation for someone that isn't mechanically savvy can be quite difficult so I figured I'd just have one of their preferred vendors perform the install. Got the kit installed and the first week everything worked great. The following week I noticed condensation in one of the light panels. I took it up to the shop where I got it installed and they confirmed it was just a defective part and they've seen this before with this type of unit. Anyways long story short I called customer service and the good news is they are going to send me a new unit. The bad news is they don't cover the cost to have the unit reinstalled. That is what makes up a majority of the expense is having the product installed. Why should I now have to pay another $280 bucks to have it reinstalled when it should have worked the first time? That is ridiculous. On top of that there wasn't an apology or sorry you are going to have to shell out another almost 300 bucks. I don't believe I'll order from RC again.

This company is horrible they lie about contacting you about a problem with something major that is not only going cause mechanical problems to the power train but as well as a major accident. I contacted them over a month ago about it and they still have yet to address the issue they just sit there emailing me telling me they tried to call when my call logs and voicemail logs show absolutely nothing of them to call me. Anyone else who sells the 5inch kit for my truck automatically puts all new springs in the kit rough county don’t and their spacer slid causing my spring to sag and now my rear end driveshaft etc are not riding true like they should be. When confronted about it they won’t answer me

Great product and customer service is unbeatable. Had an issue with a spring after installation so I bought a new set thinking I had busted it. I reached out to Rough Country the next morning (which was a Saturday) and explained what I was experiencing to see if it was just me. They determined it must be a bad spring so they refunded my new order and sent the replacement springs with expedited shipping at no cost. Received them Monday and can't wait to put them in. Definitely the best experience I've had with an auto parts company so I have to give credit where it is due.

100% unimpressed with my 1000$ purchase. 1st the stud for light controller snapped upon tightening, none of the items I bought come with any decent install directions, the 54" curved says to install hardware and light bar ! really!?! Im beyond dumbfounded how anyone can recommend them ! will never purchase or recommend them again !

Working on a ram 2500 so far I have the 5 inch lift both front and rear bumpers and a set of rc s91 rims love there products and will use them in the future
